We only accept applicants with Good Credit ratings; Minimum Credit Score of 680. Monthly rent shouldn't exceed 1/3 of your montly income.
There is a $75 Per Applicant non-refundable Credit and Background Check fee. If your application is accepted, the fee will be deducted from your first month's rent.
We use National Tenant Network for Credit/Background checks.
